The hotel is situated in a prime location near Aguada fort, Candolim beach, and Calangute beach, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though the connected configuration may lead to some privacy concerns. The cleanliness is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
Despite some leakage issues in the room near the servant quarters, booking in advance did not help, but the hotel is conveniently located close to Candolim beach with plenty of local shopping options. The place is lively and offers access to good eating places, although the price is a bit high.
I had high expectations being a Radisson member, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The check-in process was slow, and there were no upgrades. The property seems old and in need of modernization. On the bright side, the location is a great asset, near good restaurants and some of North Goa's beaches. However, the property's condition led us to leave our luggage at reception and explore until late evening.
The hotel offers nicely done and sufficiently spacious rooms, but some connectivity issues may arise with sound traveling from connected rooms. The cleaning service tends to be late, and reminders are often needed for restocking items. The kitchen station for breakfast may require multiple reminders, resulting in delayed service, yet the atmosphere remains quiet and comfortable. The location is near various amenities and the beach, making it convenient for exploration, although some describe it as compact and unpleasantly scented.
The hotel offers a variety of local shopping options and is close to Candolim beach. The staff is terrific, but cleanliness could be improved. The dining experience is excellent, but the rooms are very small and not worth the money.

The service, while dominant on an all-inclusive basis, lacked attention to specific requests. The location is convenient, providing easy access to some good eating places in the vicinity, although the basement area felt small and unpleasant. The dining experience, while having a good spread, did not meet some expectations. Overall, the hotel has both strengths and areas for improvement.
The hotel room wasn't as comfortable as expected, missing some essentials like bathrobes and hairdryers. It needed some refurbishment. However, the staff at the front desk were well-appointed and helpful.
